How can it be May already? This month sees my fourth wedding anniversary, and if you've been following the blog, you'll have spotted I've already republished my London wedding pictures, by the fabulous Caught the Light. Wonderful Wedding Blog Links

It's been about six months since I last posted on wonderful wedding blog links, and it's no coincidence that my youngest son just turned 7 months. It's been an epic half year - we moved to Dubai with two children under two, when Arthur was only 5 weeks old. I definitely wouldn't recommend it! As a consequence my blogging had to take a slight back seat, but now we're settled, and Arthur has started to sleep a bit better, I'm back at work, and loving it! I hope you're enjoying Before the Big Day - please do recommend it to all your friends. I'm still based half of the time in London, so this wedding blog will remain UK focused. Happy Guy Fawkes Day & Halloween! Did you have a good week? I went Trick or Treating with my nephew, who was dressed as a scary pirate and collected tonnes of tuck! Then we went to watch the fireworks display in a friend's communal garden in Maida Vale. They had a huge bonfire, and I wished I bought marshmallows with me {plus a very long stick}. Wouldn't Bonfire Night make for the best wedding theme? You can imagine all your guests cosying around the fire, a sparkler send-off, and your favours could be s'more kits. S'mores are a tradition from the US - you squish heated marshmallows in-between biscuits - yum! The last three months have been pretty hectic here at the Before the Big Day studio, and for all sorts of reasons, you might have noticed our blog updates haven't been as frequent as we would have liked. It all comes down to one small, but growing reason....{click here for the pic}....I'm expecting a baby in early April. We're absolutely thrilled, but the first three months of pregnancy have completely wiped me out, and all I could do was sleep, feel sick, and sleep a bit more. But now I'm back on track, my energy levels have returned, and all my girlfriends are getting married, so my brain is once again stuffed with fabulous wedding ideas.
