* The competition will run throughout the
Designer Wedding Show, from 7th – 9th October and entries can be made on the days of the show or on Before the Big Day.
* The Winner will be announced at 5pm on 14th October via Twitter {
@beforethebigday @weddingsbm}
. The winner will also be contacted by email.
* The shoot will take place between November 2011 and March 2012. The time will be set to be mutually convenient to both the competition winner, and Patrick Butler-Madden. The shoot will last 2 hours, half an hour preparation and set up and 1.5 hours shooting time.
* The shoot is open to couples, engaged or not.* The shoot is at a location of your choice, and should you want the pictures taken anywhere other than London or Dorset, travel cost will need to be covered by the winners.
* The winner will arrange the time and location of their shoot directly with Butler-Madden Weddings.
* Butler-Madden Weddings will provide approx 20 professionally retouched, high res files on a CD for the winning couple, with full non-profit usage rights granted. The winning couple must not claim they took the photos themselves and must not sell the images.* If winners chose to display images online online, they must be linked or credited back to the Butler-Madden Weddings website.
* Butler-Madden Weddings and Before the Big Day reserve the right to widthdraw the competition at any time.* Butler-Madden Weddings and Before the Big Day reserve the right to use the images for promotional materials online and in print.* Winners will be required to fill in a model release form on the day of the shoot.* Butler-Madden Weddings and Before the Big Day reserve the right to remove any entries that are seen to be rude, offensive or promoting other unrelated businesses/products/companies.
